March 26 Youth Mental Health First Aid

Thank you for wanting to make a difference in the lives of young people in our community!

This adult certification course includes 2 hours of online pre-work and an instructor-led 6-hour in-person class. It will help you recognize and respond to a young person who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge or disorder, or is in crisis, and will teach you how to approach the youth and connect them to appropriate care.

A MUST-HAVE for any parent or caring adult.
